The company e-Liberty is a spin-off of the Bemore Group in Switzerland in the canton of Valais. The first ski resorts to trust us were Chamonix and Verbier.

2005

Foundation of the company

The company is a spin-off of the Bemore Group in Switzerland in the canton of Valais. The first ski resorts to trust us were Chamonix and Verbier.

2009

Approach to the Booba Company

With the acquisition of Booba and the establishment of a joint production centre in France at Technolac, the company takes its first strategic step.

2014

Foundation of a research centre

e-Liberty establishes a research centre in Microcity in Neuchâtel and enters into a technological partnership with EPFL.

2017

Foundation of Un Autre Monde

e-Liberty launches its own digital agency "Un autre Monde" to provide a comprehensive service to its clients

2019

Entry into the capital of the Leclercq family and the Decathlon Group

The company welcomes the Leclercq family, founders of the Decathlon Group, and the Decathlon Group to its capital. The founder, Christian Mars, remains the historical reference shareholder and Managing Director of the Group.

2020

Opening of the Austrian subsidiary

On 1 July 2020, e-Liberty becomes the e-Liberty Group and opens its Austrian branch in Salzburg.
